Book Summary *

Uncertainties increase your stress level. Behavior becomes erratic because of sleepless nights and delirious feeling. One wrong move and things can go out of control. There is a strange feeling of getting trapped in a situation you never anticipated. Everything seems to be rapidly slipping out of your control.

This book is a testament of trust- the fragile trust- you place in those who themselves are not sure about the course of action. Fortunately, you are not alone in this situation. Some of the detainees had accepted the situation while others had resigned to their fate. Meetings with other detainees were essential to explore the facts but discouraged by authorities for fear of infection.

People behave in diverse ways when trapped inside a room for extended periods.
Even close relatives exhibited irrational behaviour. However, personal attention and some emotional sequences helped replace the fear of the unknown with hope and gratitude.

It is not a fiction but a turbulent story of anxiety and terror experienced during difficult times of Corona pandemic. Who knows, things might have been even worse if we were not trapped.
