Education imparts knowledge and helps in development of human beings. But I think the education which we are receiving today is not fulfilling the purpose. The main reason behind getting educated is to secure our future for a better life but this has changed to a race for better marks , colleges and jobs, even neglecting our life for it. 

You may think why am I saying this. The reason is postponement of various board and entrance examinations. I myself am a board student, its not that easy to handle it, I had revised my syllabus completely but the exams were cancelled. But when it comes to life, I am ready to let go or atleast wait for circumstances to change. 

When jee and neet exams were postponed, a lot of students commented that don't cancel the exams, it means our lives. To all those who think that exams are their lives, I want to say that, I know that you did a lot of hard work but this time is to save lives. You should ask your parents are they ready for you to get infected?  And talking about depression, if you will think that I am depressed so you will be because it is a mental condition not a disease. We are young, we know a little about everything and little things do matter a lot to us but I know when will we grow up, we would understand the depthness of the situation. 

This life continuously takes exams and it is not any competitive exam which we should excel, it is the exam of our life which we should excel. Afterall, what matters is life. We study because we want to get good jobs, to keep ourselves happy and to be able to earn to run our home. 

Life teaches patience and if you think that this hardwork will go in vain, then, my dear, you are wrong. Just think of all that knowledge you got and knowledge never gets wasted. It will be useful for you in some point of your life. 

I think that education is teaching us blind race towards the top. We are tied up in books, we are not taught the real things. We learn about sky, looking into the books, let us see the sky through our own eyes, let us make our view towards this whole world. We are taught in school, plant trees but they never took us out in real to plant trees. We are taught stories and poems in schools, but they never encourage us  to write poem by our own. The thing lacking here is connectivity of education to real life. The students who say exams are more important than their life, I would not blame them because we are taught from childhood that studies are important and with age, importance of studies go behind life.

There is a need to change education system and practical learning and practical thinking subjects must also be included. And those students who are sad about cancellation and postponement, don't worry, have some patience, eventually everything would be alright.
