The road to success has never been easy. Whichever road we take we should stick to our principles, precepts & morality

Let's take the right road which takes us to our set goals. It hasn't been an easy journey to success either. It takes lot of hard work, determination, and fascination to reach there. Many people use shortcuts duplicate, triplicate methods to reach success faster. Some people copy other people's roads to reach to success formulas.

After 6 months of lockdown, slowdown, GDP going minus 23%, please remember the goal persists the same but our roads have changed. We have to comprehend, analyses the current markets & circumstances we are in .We need to stride out of our comfort zone. We need to comprehend the changed road and set improvements of the new role, the new environments, new road of development set forth for us.

In our new roads uncertainties are high and keeping ourselves always alert is must. Changed road may bring surprises. We would have to take quick & on spot decisions, believing our intuition and strongly emphasizing it with maximum evaluation of alternatives available to us.

Today talents we have might be obsolete so keep heightening critical new #skills sets needed for tomorrow. In our new roads & roles we need to be multitasking and ratify new #KRAs/ #KPIs for the coming year. Moving in the territory of unknown and defining new goals for ourselves would be additional task. It needs innovative out of box strategic thinking and also good amount of brainstorming with peers, colleagues & partners.

For all of us, the road has changed, the better we adapt to new roads, the better & faster we can advance. People are same, road & rolesgets changed.
