Change Is The Only Constant

Today I'll be taking up a topic that actually many of us cannot cope with. It's Change.

Be it a change in your job transfer, or your home or your daily routine, any kind of change is not welcome initially.

The thing is we as humans, resist change almost intuitively. The reason is we are apprehensive about what lays in the future, and therefore we crib and resist change as much as we can. But in that itself, lies the key to corresponding with the flow of life.

Life brings change now and then. Some people prefer living the same day over and over, while some gradually crave for change. We are not here to judge any of the perspectives but I'll tell you this, the person craving change creates a certain disruption in the eternal flow of life that brings change to him, quicker.

The most important fact to bear in mind is that we have been blessed with the magical ability to enhance and adapt. Take up evolution, for instance, humans are still evolving based on their present surroundings. That is exactly why we should embrace change.

We can easily adapt with change. Just like we can adapt to a particular diet, or routine over time, we can adapt to any change. If we work with the mindset that we accept change as it is essential to the flow of life, things will become much more easier.

Therefore, in all cases, change is perennial and the only way to channelise it to our benefit is by accepting and adapting to it with a I-knew-it look!
