Angry

Today I'll be talking about something that all of us need to work on, in some measures. It is Anger. One of the most potentially dangerous vice for a person.

I will be perfectly honest with you guys. As I have said before, I am no expert and no ideal person, but I am aware of anger being one of my major flaws. Anger should never be appreciated for oneself or another. It can cause some disastrous consequences, which are not desirable.

The most important thing to hone our anger is to be aware that it is pointless. Anger only provides a pretentious outlet for our frustration or resentment or irritation. It does not provide any meaningful results, and often it causes even more chaos.

The reason behind Anger, according to me, is the fact that we never own up for our mistakes. Even if we are aware that we make mistakes, we are too egoistic to accept it, whatever the case may be.

And that is why we look outward to punish others for our mistakes. It is more like a coping mechanism but it is not helpful.

The major challenge is controlling on our anger when we know that we are angry and cannot help it. Initially, we find it is easier to hold it back for a while, and then it overwhelms us again.

Take control of your mind, if you know you are short-tempered, try to speak to your inner self, that anger will bring only more trouble for me. It will work poorly in the beginning, but with some patience we will be able to take charge. Once you start gaining control, you will find life to be more peaceful, and tranquil.

Remember, that Anger is no substitute for our errors and is definitely our greatest enemy!
