Angels of Society

Once upon a time, there was a boy named Raju. He was very intelligent and good at studies as well as extracurricular activities. But unfortunately, he was an orphan. He lived in “Shah’s Orphanage”. The head of the orphanage was called Dada by the children, because of his love and affection for them. He was very rich, but he wanted to do something for orphans and needy people. He has three daughters. The youngest one was helping the people of slum areas, the middle one was helping the disabled / physically challenged people and the eldest one was working for mentally challenged. They all were also actively involved with their father in the orphanage work. The people were calling the family “Angels of the society”.

Dada and his daughters have soft corner for Raju due to his polite nature as well good qualities. They were encouraging and motivating him to participate at various competitions. Raju was also putting his best efforts to meet with their expectations. But there were five students – a notorious gang, who never liked Raju, always felt jealous of him and also wanted him to go away from here. But the ‘angles of the society’ always come to rescue of Raju. Because of Raju’s good qualities and intelligence, there were many people who wanted to adopt him, in the disguise of his parents, with malafide intention for making use of his name and earn money. But Dada never let him go as he understood that it’s trap for Raju. Moreover, he also wanted to pass his legacy to Raju for taking care or orphanage in his absence in future. Raju was also aware about Dada’s wish and promised him to be one like him.

After 10 years, Raju turned to 25 and became the angel (helper) of the society as promised to Dada. He helped people to settle down in life, overcome their problems like education and business set up. Dada liked Raju’s work and with satisfaction, he took his last breath almost after a year. During the cremation ceremony of Dada, he met the notorious gang of five people, who were facing lots problems due to their malafide intention and bad attitude. They came to know about Raju’s work and discussed their problems and situation with him. Raju, being generous in nature,  agreed to help them. They realized their mistakes and what bad things they had done till now. They left behind their bad work and joined Raju and his team. Today Raju proved to be “Angel of the society” by helping notorious people to be good and kind like “angels”.

I wish that there are many more people like Raju in this world, who will be “Angel of Society” and make the world better for living with peace and humanity.
