CAN’T I CHANGE MYSELF FOR MY SUCCESS

CAN’T I CHANGE MYSELF FOR MY SUCCESS?

Human beings at the time play the role of sailors who sail in the same boat in the ocean which is full of salty water. Here the ocean of salty water is the metaphoric of the human tendency of blaming others or complaining about the situations. Here are some common examples of this salty water which spreads various diseases in the mind of any normal person:

“I couldn’t clear that exam because I was not able to afford the tuition fees. ”

“I couldn’t establish my own business because I didn’t have enough amount of money and support.”

“I couldn’t survive in that institute for a long time because the management was not cooperative.”

Often we avail of these kinds of excuses for our failure. We also possess the birthright to become a smart critic who smartly criticizes successful people. We love to blame successful people for being lucky enough for their success rather than their rigorous efforts. We blindly give our assurance regarding their powerful background for their success.

Several successful people faced the same difficulties that we faced to achieve something but they burnt their all boats for their success. For instance, Dhirubhai Ambani never blamed his poor financial background for commencing his start-ups. Amitabh Bachchan never gave up when he was rejected for films and when he faced the stage of bankruptcy. Despite blaming the situations, he overcame them with his great efforts. He hosted shows like KBC and accepted each advertisement in his old age too. Gandhiji never blamed people and situations but he changed himself first to change the world. He developed his skills in South Africa to be a better lawyer. He started many movements in India by facing a lot of difficulties. Narendra Modi was blamed for his lack of experience but he ignored the comments passed on him and became one of the most powerful men in the country. Shiv Khera kept on writing the books despite being accused of plagiarising the work of art – “Freedom is not Free.” But he ignored the situation and bounced back and his books continued being motivational best-sellers. It was forecast about Smriti Irani that she wouldn’t be able to do anything in her career but she became one of the best-known faces on the small screen playing the role of Tulsi in ‘Saas Bhi Kabhi Baha Thi.’ Then she became the HRD minister despite having a fudged degree and still growing in other disciplines.

These are the common repeated examples that can help to boost up anyone’s confidence. They fell down, got disappointed, faced criticism of people but never wasted time on blaming people or situations. If they blamed someone or something for their failure, it was they or their efforts. They obtained solutions to each problem from themselves, not from people or situations. That is strongly acceptable that situations play a vital role in one’s success but are these only situations? Sometimes it is difficult to undercontrol the situation but efforts to change the individual can change the situation too.

Sometimes it is pretty good to have intrapersonal communication to get some answers hidden within.

“Can’t I blame myself for a few things to change my life and my situation?”

“Can’t I ignore people’s criticism and keep on moving with trust in myself?”

“Can’t I change myself for my success?”

This article will help you to stop complaining about your life.
