Kalpesh worried about his financial condition to start his factory and he invested on a large scale in stock markets. And that time only the Harshad Mehta Scam came out. He was ruined and he had to give up a large amount of money in this breakdown of market. He took money from dealers and filled the loophole.

Now he did not had any money even to buy food. But there were only two of them i.e. Kalpesh and Manisha. Yes, riya was not born yet. So, they managed for some time and kalpesh was now back in business.

He earned some money by biking. Yes, he was a very talented biker and went to late night bike races held in area of dongri every wednesday. He rented racing bikes for races and earned money. He went for 5 races and won 4 times 1st rank and 1 time 3rd rank. He earned around ₹3,00,000 and bought all necessities and machineries needed for starting his factory.

The setup of factory was ready and he had to spend around ₹2,00,000 for it. The left amount was kept as a fund for salary of workers and co-workers and also for maintenance of factory. 

The production of perfumes, mosquito repellents, attars and incense sticks started from the first day. He used his contacts of wholesalers and retailers to sell his products on a small scale. His sale mostly depended on these small shops. His products circulated in market rapidly.

In the meantime they had Riya in their dock . The demands of his products rose in market and within 2 years his products went all over the world and he became India's no.1 scented products company's owner. Yes, his company was one of the finest scented products maker named 'SKYSCENTS'. His company had highest share rate at that time. 

In spite of belonging to such a rich family, Riya never boasted her off. She owned a simple nature but was aware of everything happening out. She always remained down to Earth. 

His company made all 5 types of perfumes i.e. Perfume, Eau de perfume, Eau de cologne, Eau de toilette, and Eau fraiche. His company even manufactured aftershave, balms and deodorants of many scents. 

Despite of being so successful, he always kept an eye on activities of his competitive brands. So now he has finally settled in Bombay and his financial tragedy completes here.
