If I were right and still not fight ,

If I am hated and still preserve love,

If I am down and raise others height,

If I am strong and do not misuse my might,

If I were at war and still believe in peace,

If I could pick the broken and fix the piece,

If I could love every blossom like a butterfly,

If I am cheated and still preserve my honesty,

If I am in adversity and can still retain sympathy,

If I could have power to let no one's dream die,

If I am very sad and still not be mad ,

If treated unjustly and still not be bad,

If I can pick up the bricks thrown at me ,

Make an empire of hope and still be free,

If my faith in people die as they criticise,

Still raise my head with confidence write,

If I were sad and still make others smile,

My life on Earth could be worth a while.
