Every book begins long before its first page is written. It begins with observations, conversations, questions, silences, and small moments that remain somewhere in the mind until they slowly become words. Emotionally Homeless grew from that quiet space — from an interest in understanding the emotional experiences that often remain unspoken.
My earlier books, The Beauty of Being Different and Last Bench Wisdom, explored individuality, acceptance, observation, and the wisdom that can exist away from the centre of attention. Those books taught me to look more closely at the experiences that are often overlooked. Emotionally Homeless continues that journey, but moves inward — toward questions of belonging, emotional connection, identity, and the quiet spaces that exist within human relationships.
I am grateful to every experience that encouraged reflection, every conversation that left something unfinished, and every silence that created a reason to think more deeply. Some of the most meaningful ideas do not arrive through dramatic moments. They grow slowly through ordinary observations, unanswered questions, and emotions that refuse to be ignored.
