Sanjoy was born and grew up in Calcutta, now called Kolkata. After years of serving in the construction machinery and automobile industry, he moved to the United States. Passionate about traveling, he has traveled to various places in India and Nepal and written many articles in Bengali and English papers and magazines. Now he writes stories on varied subjects.
